Welcome to Kemps we are a small independent family business it was established by Malcolm and Christine Hay over 30 years ago, I was lucky enough to start work there in 2007 and one of the first things Christine said to me was ” I want someone to love the shop like I do” and what can I say loved it so much that I took over the business at the beginning of 2013 after passing my National Association of Goldsmiths professional jewellery diploma and Christine decided to retire.
I am extremely privileged to be a part of this industry, every day I get to play a small part in all your special occasions Engagements, Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays etc and there is nothing better than to take a customers broken piece of jewellery and have it restored to its former glory and see the joy in their faces when they collect it.
